Queen’s has announced raises of 4.25% or 4.75% to its Managerial & Professional Group of employees (grades 10-14), while several thousand Staff who make the university function are forced to
suffer layoffs, workload issues, non-renewal term appointments, and continue to receive the unlawfully restricted raises of 1%. This is unacceptable.
