Unity Council is comprised of Presidents and delegates from each of the unionized groups operating at Queen’s University. We represent Queen’s staff and graduate workers, healthcare workers at the Queen’s Family Health Team, and Aramark staff in campus food services and the Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Center. Through regular meetings, Unity Council discusses common issues like health and safety, university policies, and bargaining issues. These discussions help union leaders make decisions that benefit their own members as well as colleagues across campus.

No matter what kind of work we do at Queen’s, no matter what union we belong to, we are all colleagues and we share the goal of delivering excellent services and education to students. Queen’s works because we do.
